This Saturday at the Cape Town Science Centre I held the first in a series of workshops for hands-on STEM workshops at the Cape Town Science Centre. Young students and their parents were invited to join in on the DIY origami fun, exposing kids to a low-cost tool to which they were able to see leaves, onions, flowers, and more under the microscope with!

Foldscopes assembled! For those in the Cape Town area, more workshops will be held on the following dates:
Dates : 25 May and 1 June @ 14:30 (Saturday)
26 May and 2 June @ 11:00 (Sunday)
