The salt sticks are a buffered electrolyte salt. -
The salt sticks were observed under the foldscope and show many small molecules.
The sample was obtained at 9:30 pm on May 27, 2019. A salt stick cap was broken open and the powder was observed under the foldscope. Some molecules under the foldscope were clumped together more than others. #caltechbi1
