The image is of a flower’s pollen, which is approximately round shape and black in color.

The pollen sample is obtained from one of the small pink flower on campus of Caltech, outside of Annenberg. The flower is picked around 4:00 PM, 5/29. The flower was rubbed against the slide to get the pollen.
