<p><img class="ql-image" src="https://storage.googleapis.com/microcosmosdelta.appspot.com/images/transfer_154254/IMG_4420.jpg"/>Yellow flower petal intact before being sampled from. Sample (whole flower) was obtained outside the Housing building at Caltech (1200 E. California Blvd, Pasadena, CA) at 8:15pm PST. The flower was plucked from its stem, and a part of its petal was torn off manually and analyzed.<br/><img class="ql-image" src="https://storage.googleapis.com/microcosmosdelta.appspot.com/images/transfer_154254/IMG_4418.jpg"/>Petal from yellow flower under foldscope magnification; there are individual specks of white light magnified from the petal itself, which are brighter to to their increased thinness&#x2F;translucency. The overall composition of the flower petal is yellow and smooth.</p>
