 The first picture is of an ant’s head and body, and the second is a closeup of the front of it’s head, with some legs in the way. The ant was found on a flower in the parking lot of Caltech’s Athenaeum at approximately 3am on Friday, May 31st. It was killed : ( placed on a glass slide, covered with a cover slip, and viewed through a Foldscope, with a phone flashlight as the external light source. #caltechbi1
