Here we see a close-up of pollen from an agapanthus plant in Avery Courtyard. We observe that the pollen grains resemble grains and are elliptical. The sample was obtained in Avery Courtyard Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 PM. The pollen was taken from the stamen of the flower and rubbed onto the glass slide, taped over, and covered with a coverslip. #caltechbi1
