slide section shows stratified squamous epithelium with suprabasal intraepidermal blister,mild spongiosis and loss of rete ridges,acantholytic cells and few inflammatory cells are seen within the blister,dermis shows mild inflammatory cells,mainly mononuclear series,feature are consistent with pemphigus vulgaris.
