slide section shows bit of bronchial mucosal tissue,hypervascular interstitium shows mucinous glands and a fragment of atypical keratinizing squamous epithelium also showing few scatterted large cells with atypical hyperchromatic nuclei.features suggest anon small cell tumour ,with squamous differentiation.
