A commercially prepared slide (AmScope) containing a cross section of a pumpkin stem was imaged by Amani Routte (age 6) in Kigali, Rwanda using a FoldScope that was equipped with a 140x lens, LED light module, and iPhone (5) camera.  Light module and camera were misaligned due to time constraints.
