I will collect the water lilly plant than i was selected one healthy stem than cut the stem thin section cuttings .After that kept in to safranine solution for stain purposes at 5 mints after stain taken slide stripes place it than observe the under fold scope . I saw holes and small holes sponge tissue & other cells saw in the slide big holes are help to stem flout in the water.
