Today i collected rhoeo leaf than small piece of leaf kept on the slide than observe the under fold scope two colours appears than one will green colour looks like a eye / Lifs shape other one pink colour green colour is stomata cells and guard cells also visible it’s good nicely see the images than took photos on tab with help of goose neck light.
