 In class, I was given some sort of fly – most likely a fruit fly – that had stuck to a piece of tape, so I placed it on the slide and analyzed it (dry slide). Unfortunately, the coverslip crushed it a tad bit, but you can still see some features such as the eyes/head very clearly.
