  I first collected a soil sample from my garden .
 </li>
 <li>
  Then I added a little water to it and let it rest for sometime.
 </li>
 <li>
  Then I strained and separated the soil particle from the water .
 </li>
 <li>
  Using a pipette I sucked the water and dropped a drop into each hole of the microwell slide.
 </li>
 <li>
  The I sealed it with tape and I found this under the foldscope.
 </li>
