Stored peanut seeds got infested with mold. Known weight of infested seeds were washed with known weight sterile water and then 10 μl of above water was taken on a glass slide covered with cover slip and then observed under foldscope.
Observed spore pictures are shown below.

With the help of foldscope it is also possible to determine the load of spore.
