Class 9 students of Soami Nagar Model School, New Delhi were very interested to study the difference in leaf structure of monocot and dicot plants. So they took the leaf samples from their school and observed through foldoscope. They observed parallel venations in Lilium and reticulated venations in Rosa santana. This study was done under the supervision of the biology teacher.
