We are members of a constituent school of government of Delhi and is situated in Shalimar Bagh of north west district, Delhi

The collection was made on a brick lying under dripping tap at village Ratti, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
Firstly it seemed to be Spirogyara, but is different. Kindly help me to identify it. Is this Cyanobacteria?
