A one day workshop on Foldscope and it’s uses was conducted jointly by Dr Yumkhaibam Premabati ( TGT Science) of JNV, Gumto, Papum pare and Dr Pebam Munindro Singh of Dera Natung Govt. College, Itanagar, in Dawnlit Public School, Doimukh on 27th October 2018. Around 40 students of classes VI-VIII along with the Principal and few teachers participated in the workshop.
Dr Singh gave a talk on invention of foldscope and it’s arrival in India, and the power of this small paper folded microscope.
