I was exited to see spoilt curd under foldscope which i had kept for one week. Curds are dairy products obtained by coagulating milk in the process of curdling. Coagulation can be caused by adding rennet or any edible acidic substance such as lemon juice or vinegar. Curd contains lactobacillus acid. As curd was spoilt it was covered with ants. We observed the ant also with the curd under foldscope. It was huge and interesting.
This experiment gave me a better idea about the curd and ant’s structure.
