I had observed fern rhizome with 50 X, 140 X AND 340 X. As a first timer with regards to microscope it was really fascinating to observe it in different lightning and positions.
I could clearly see the colours and shapes of the sample. At 50 X I think that I couldn't make that much out of the observation but this thought completely changed at 340 X. I faced many difficulties while doing the experiment, for example while clicking a picture the focus kept getting shifted, and I couldn't adjust my foldscope accordingly, but at the end of my class I learnt a lit of things and left much happier than I came in
