We tested onion peels under a microscope at 50 X, 140 X and 360 X. For me, it could be seen most clearly in 140 X and 360 X. Prominent diference could be seen when I saw the sample from different angles, specially under light. It would produce certain colours in certain lights. There was a brick wall arrrangement of the cells. The nucleus could be seen in 340 X.
Overall it was a great experience. Personally I've always wanted to see what an onion peel looks like under a microscope in person so it was really satisfying to get the kind of results I wanted after the experiment, and I am definately looking forward to doing this experiment again.
