I recently was exploring a Herbal Garden maintained by the municipal corporation near my home. It has a small lotus pond, which blooms for some part of the year. I found filamentous layers of certain algae near the surface and I picked a small sample from them.

the artificial pond that is source of the sample I made a slide out of it, and saw amazing details under the foldscope.

I would love to have some feedback, and learning a little about the structures I’ve observed.
