I was astonished to see how much there exists to a potato than just it's taste today. It was unbelievable. Using my foldscope 2.0, I was tasked with the task of examining the peel of a potato. And it goes without saying, I had to sample them. And truth be told, I'm terrible at sampling, so it took a little more than a lot of tries before I could perfectly see the samples of a potato. The outer, dry part of the peel was woven together by these cells of a triangular polygonal shape, and to me, magnified potato skin looked a lot like non-magnified human skin!
