<p>
 Infected banana sample were collected from Dr.R.Ramesh:Principal scientist (Plant pathology) &amp; section incharge (crop science). We did isolation of infected banana leaf sample on PDA plate. We got different fungal isolates &amp; we tried to observe it under foldscope.
