Testing of pollen viability of Firmiana colorata using
2 , 3 , 5-Triphenyltetrazolium chloride salt. Pollen which are red in colour indicate viable and pollen which do not take stain indicate non- viable pollen. Capturing of pollen from air using silicon gel applied on slide and keep for 2 hours in bamboo pole.
