Here is an image captured from a foldoscope of two small, yellow, oval pollen pieces from the stamen sample from a Pink Orchid flower. This was obtained by removing the flower of a Pink Orchid plant in the Avery Garden at Caltech (91126-0001 Pasadena, CA) at 7:40 PM on 5/31/2019, and then its stamen were removed by pulling them from the flower, and they were crushed and placed under the lens cover on the slide. They were then photographed using an iPhone XR using a foldoscope.
Here is an image of a long, pink, small, oval leaf petal blade with distinct lamina and regular striations from the stem of the same pink orchid flower taken from above. This was obtained from the same location at the same time as the pink orchid flower obtained above. This image was obtained by removing the pink orchid flower from the plant, tearing a portion of the petal using fingers, securing the petal under a lens cover on a fresh slide using tape, and then photographed using an iPhone XR using a foldoscope.
Here is a picture of the full Pink Orchid flower obtained from Avery garden at the time and location as described above.
