Hands-on-training workshop was conducted on foldscope, at Hongirara school of Experience (Karnataka), as a part of Atal Tinkering Lab initiation, where the PUC students were taught about microscopy. The students was also educated about different microscopes for viewing microscopic structures. The students were trained on the usage of low-cost frugal paper microscope, i.e. the foldscope. During this half-day workshop the students were allowed to work with foldscope microscope, where they learnt the technique to prepare samples for viewing under foldscope device and also the technique to view as well as record the microstructure of the samples using foldscope.
