The inaugural programme cum workshop of the project was held on 25th may 2018 where Mr. Sadullah Khan, Inspector of Schools, Bongaigaon Dist. Circle, Bongaigaon, Assam was present as chief guest and Mr. Samiran Das , President, School Management committee in the chair. Dr Raju das, Mr Latif Hussaini , Mr Yasin Ansari present as resource person. 50(fifty) students from different classes & teachers are also participated in the workshop.
The Inspector of schools launched the workshop by lighting the lamp and his motivational speech geared up the students present.
In the workshop foldscope preparation training was given by

Dr Raju Das(coordinator, bliss, kokrajhar), Mr Yasin Ansari(coordinator, foldscope project, Netajee Hindi ME school).
Dr Raju Das presenta powerpoint slide on mictoorganism and foldscope as educational tool.
