 Two different sources of turmeric powder were observed under a foldscope microscope and the results were interesting. Both of them were observed to have slightly different structures. While Turmeric powder ‘A’ had a more crystalline structure, Turmeric powder ‘B’ had a slightly less crystalline structure. This tells us that different sources have different structures although they may appear to be the same. ·
