Conducted two microscopy sessions at two different community centres in Mankhurd area of Mumbai. First Centre was in Indira Nagar and second Centre was in Janatha Nagar. In both the sessions we all had fun. Once children understood how foldscope works, they brought various samples to observe under the foldscope. The most interesting observation was a worm brought by a boy. A teacher brought a soil sample and said that the soil is from the place where Jewellers prepare jewellery. And he said we might see gold particles in this soil. And when we observed we we actually saw some good particles.
