Students involved: II PU (grade 12)
A workshop on Foldscope use and research was conducted in our college involving II PU students to develop scientific and research aptitude. The students were divided into groups and were explained about the importance and ease of use of Foldscope. They mounted different samples like insects and their parts, different coloured powders of chalk, sand, water samples etc on the foldscope slides and were fascinated to observe the minute details under foldscope. This session helped them to understand the concept of nanoparticles and their relative shapes and sizes better.
