You can see the cellular wall in between the plant cells of this pink petal. This specimen was taken from the vine bearing columns in the front of the Beckman Institute at the Caltech Institute of Technology. The specimen was obtain at approximately 6pm on May 31st. It was obtained by plucking a petal and soaking it in water before putting it on a glass slide.
