In sizzling heat of summers, I relish coconut water the most to keep myself hydrated. Coconut water is a natural, fat-free drink. Low in sugars and calories, it is rich in essential electrolytes and vitamins. This refreshing beverage is consumed worldwide as it is nutritious and beneficial for health. There is increasing scientific evidence that supports the role of coconut water in health and medicinal applications. After drinking coconut water from a green coconut, some endosperm (called malai) was left within. I took it out with a spoon and observed it under a foldscope.
