1. Coat a glass slide with 2% gelatin under bio-safety hood.
2. Dry the slides.
3. Harvest healthy HeLa cells by trypsinization .
4. mix Cell with DMEM medium with 10% FBS and seeded onto coated slide.
5. Incubate for over night at 37 degree C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO2.
6. Next day wash the cell with 1X PBS and watch under FoldScope
