Procedure:
HeLa Cell Harvested by trypsinization. Resuspended in 1X PBS. Add equal volume of Trypan Blue(5mg/ml).

A -Dead cell under conventional microscope (200X).
B – Viable cell under conventional microscope (200X) .
c – Dead cell under Foldscope(140X with 2X Optical Zoom).
D – Viable cell under Foldscope(140X with 2X Optical Zoom).
Observed under Foldscope and conventional microscope.
