I love Christmas – and all the speciality food and drinks that come with it. While enjoying the “sugary” drink (that shall remain nameless in this post – let me just say I am in quebec and it’s very cold here); I just put a drop on a slide and let it dry.
To my surprise; I just saw these beautiful crystals. I am excited, not just because I love this “sugary” drink, but also how beautiful these crystals are. More on crystals coming soon – next I will try the classic citric acid crystal.
Happy holidays.
Cheers
Manu
