Dealing with development of Educational School Kits as per NCERT school curriculum; Training for how to use Educational school kits and development of science/Mathematics working table top models.

DEK NCERT participated in workshop on USE OF FOLDSCOPE organized b at Lembucherra Tripura by N-E twinning partner College of Agriculture Tripura. 34 personals comprising of faculty of CoA Tripura, Students from different institutions of Tripura State participated in the workshop held on 13.11.2018

Workshop started with inaugural specch by Dr.M.Dutta (ARS) , OSD & Principal of College of Agriculture Tripura

Followed by speech of another twinning partner institution ICAR-NBAIR’s Principal Scientist Dr. Sreerama Kumar Prakya from Benguluru
Further training and orientation by Er. V.B. Patil Senior Technical Officer DEK NCERT New Delhi about importance of foldscope and other research tools in democratizing science at grass root level

Participants oriented for preparation and use of foldscope by NE institute Principal Investigator Dr.DP Awasthi , ICAR PI Dr.Sreerama Kumar and NCERT PI VB Patil

Participants collected different types of leaves . stems, flowers and rotted fruitsfruits from Lembucherra West Tripura and studied them under foldscope . Some of the foldscooe results of the same are as under
