Science! true daughter of Old Time thou art!
Who alterest all things with thy peering eyes.
Why preyest thou thus upon the poet’s heart,
Vulture, whose wings are dull realities?
How should he love thee? or how deem thee wise,
Who wouldst not leave him in his wandering
To seek for treasure in the jewelled skies,
Albeit he soared with an undaunted wing?
Hast thou not dragged Diana from her car?
And driven the Hamadryad from the wood
To seek a shelter in some happier star?

Lakes International School with the support of Principal sir, MR. S.S NEGI JI and DR. SHWETA NAILWAL JI, The head of Bio-Science of the school, oeganized a beautiful Workshop for the students of the school as well as nearby students of other schools.
The Enthusiasm and excitement within them was the flavour of Science and Foldscope gave a touch of verification to all these experiments. One child said, ” Mam, I literally don’t want to go back and want to dô these Experiments as much as I can” and many such pupil. With the presentation of approx. 110 slides and then theorotical and added the demonstration, they also performed various Experiments like onion peel cells and many other. The Workshop runned till 3:10 p.m.. From the sharp 9:00am, the students not at all were seen lazy infact there heart full of joy to glance over new Experiments with the Foldscope’s help.
