Ticks were collected from cattle and stored in 10% Formalin. Based on the morphology, the tick was identified as Hyalomma under foldscope.
These tick are longirostrate ( long mouth parts) (figure1). It was observed that the 1st Coxa is deeply bifid ( figure 2).
