 This is where the sample was obtained. The location was at the corner of Holliston Ave and San Pasqual St, specifically at the area marked in blue in the map below. The time it was obtained was May 29, 2019 at 12:14 AM.

 The sample was retrieved from plucking some grass from the grass patch. These two images are magnifications of a piece of grass. It has circles which represent cells. The strands in the second images represent the grass itself.
