DBT Foldscope scheme – “Foldscope for dignosis of rumen acidosis and parasitic infection in cattle”.
Rumen fluid was collected from a healthy cow. Smear was prepared with one drop of rumen fluid, stained with lugol’s iodine and visualized under foldscope. Protozoa under the genus Polyplastron was identified.
