Hello Everyone,
Recently,I’ve been on a trip to my village Ratnagiri and I decided to take the foldscope along. It was awesome.Sadly, I haven’t been able to take pictures of a few observations but I have tried to get many of them. This is going to be a long post so I better type less.
Enjoy 🙂

I’ve observed these two types of cells on the petals of hibiscus flowers.
Spirogyra
the filament on the extreme right looks a bit different I suspected that it could be just a degrading cell.So I preserved the algae sample for a few days and found out that all the filaments looked like that.
These are pictures of a type of grass that I’ve found growing in the wild. Couldn’t get proper macroscopic picture but I’ve got the foldscope pictures. This picture isn’t of the grass I’ve foldscoped but the one I’ve foldscoped was strikingly similar.
Wings of an insect
few more unidentified things from the spirogyra sample
Please help me find out what these are.
~Have fun foldscoping 🙂
