It’s been quite a long while since I last posted here…
A small play with polarizing filters and the fern rhizome slides provided in deluxe foldscope kits, I came up with these images ::
I’d want to know which dyes were used in staining as these seem to rotate plane of polarised light.
It’d be quite amazing to use such dyes and observe the prepared slides using polarizing filters !
