DBT Foldscope scheme – “ Foldscope for diagnosis of Rumen acidosis and Parasitic infections in cattle.”
Rumen fluid was collected from an healthy cow and stained with Lugol’s iodine, a dye mainly used to stain and visualize the skeletal plates in protozoa.
