Photomicrographs of Oil red O stained Rat liver section –DEN induced hepatocarcinogenesis


Figure A shows DEN treated rat liver sections with Oil red-O staining which stains lipid fats in tissues. The positive red staining is more as there is more lipogenic molecules. a, b and c are the 2.5X, 3.5X and 4X zoom out images of figure A respectively.
