Tucked away in a remote settlement at the opposite end of Ketaki village was this school S-7 Z. P. Primary School, Kotawali No. 1 (Grade 1-7) 42 students. The kids were excited, the teachers enthused and wanting to be there for the session in spite of their BLO duty was a site to see.

Children answered questions, slightly shy but more than ready with the answers, they shared their knowledge about pathogens, infectious agents, causes of fever and its remedies.

They remembered the sessions taken by Shri Vinit Waghe and thus began the शोधयात्रा ज्ञानाची, facilitated by Gharda Chemicals and hosted by सेवासाधना प्रतिष्ठान, Ketaki Village, Chiplun. They knew microbes cause diseases and need to be viewed under a a microscope or 'सूक्ष्मदर्शक यंत्र', diagnosis, remediation of fever and more found great answers by even 4th graders.

The Principal spoke about the children's need to ask questions, connect the dots and learn from an external resource person and that really cheered up the lot. They raised both their hands with the emoji happy signal to say wowie we are ready for the journey.
