A series of workshops in Schools of Chipun, facilitated by Gharda Chemicals was a beautiful learning experience about this geography for me as a STEM Mentor. Facilitated in Marathi and hosted by सेवासाधना प्रतिष्ठान, Ketaki Village, Chiplun. It helped us take the frugal science tool to a large sections of remote padas and settlements wherein we saw wholehearted participation by the students and enthusiasm by the teacher mentors. Many of them were out each day till 3 pm for their duty as BLO an exhausting experience by all means for teachers.

The hands-on approach of asking kids about fever, its causes, and diagnostic methods that got amazing answers from these talented people enabled them to reflect on their learning processes and inner well-being to facilitate holistic growth and development.

Truly these 5 days will remain etched in our journey as a memoir that were a fulfilling experience it helped me to make a connection, hear these young citizens and understand the dynamics they share with their microcosm.
