ஊறுகாய் போடுவதற்காக நெல்லிக்காய் வாங்கி வந்தோம். அதில் மெதுவாக உப்பு போட்ட குழுக்கி வைப்பதற்கு பதிலாக உப்பு போடாமல் குழுக்கி வைத்துவிட்டோம். இரண்டு நாட்கள் கழித்துப் பார்த்தால் அதில் பூஞ்சை முழுமையாக வளர்ந்திருந்ததை பார்க்க முடிந்தது. இது பஞ்சு போல கம்பி போலவும் காணப்பட்டது.
