This image shows a sriracha droplet under a foldscope. One can see lots of small orange particulates everywhere in the image and that there is lots of gaps for light to come through. A large orange mass is also present. The mass has many dark lines on it that separate the mass into small sections that look similar to cells.
This sample was taken at 2:24 pm on 5/28/19 from the Page house dining hall at the California Institute of Technology. The sample was prepared by squeezing a small drop of Sriracha from the Sriracha bottle.
