For our second experiment on our fourth day at our science course, Exploring the Microcosm, we looked at the pollen of a pumpkin flower under 3 different magnifications, 50x, 140x and 340x. It was very difficult to spot at 50x. It's oval shaped, with tapering ends, and a line down the center, like coffee beans. Making this sample was also easy, as I'd had plenty of practice with preparing pollen samples from before.
