A workshop “Foldscope as Educational Tool” was conducted on 25th December 2018 at Mahim Sarvajanik Vachanalaya, Mahim by the Foldscope Team of D. G. Ruparel College, Mumbai. In the workshop, lecture on foldscope invention and application was given followed by preparation and observation of slides. Participants prepared slides of onion peel, pollen of lily, stomata of betel leaf and bread mold. The participants were of various age group including students of 6th to 12th standard, thier teachers and members of library.
